Delete Your Frameproof Account

To request deletion of your Frameproof account and associated data, please contact us by email.

Steps to request deletion

  1. Email frameproofapp@gmail.com
  2. Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request
  3. Include the email address associated with your Frameproof account

What data is deleted

Upon request we will delete your account and all associated data including your email address, analysis history, and usage records within 30 days.

What data is retained

Anonymised, aggregated usage statistics may be retained for analytical purposes but cannot be linked back to you.
