These terms govern your use of the Frameproof app ("the app"), operated by The Frameproof Team ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms.
Frameproof is an automated analysis tool that scans articles, text, and images for indicators of bias and manipulation. Results are generated by an AI model and are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice of any kind and may contain errors. You should apply your own judgement when interpreting results.
You must create an account to use Frameproof. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must not share your account with others or use the app in a way that circumvents usage limits.
The free tier allows 3 analyses per day. Additional analyses require a Pro subscription, available on weekly, monthly, or yearly plans.
Subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Google Play. Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's account settings.
We do not offer refunds beyond what is required by applicable law or provided by Apple or Google under their respective policies.
You may use Frameproof for personal, non-commercial analysis. You must not use the app to analyse content for the purpose of facilitating harassment, disinformation campaigns, or any unlawful activity. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the service.
The Frameproof app, its design, and its branding are owned by us. Analysis results generated by the app may be shared, but you must not misrepresent them as professional or authoritative findings.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that results are accurate, complete, or free from error. AI-generated analysis is inherently imperfect and should not be relied upon as fact.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including reliance on analysis results.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
