How many free analyses do I get?
The free tier includes 3 analyses per day. Your limit resets at midnight UTC. Upgrade to Pro for unlimited analyses.
Why did a URL fail to analyse?
Some pages block automated access (paywalls, login-required pages, or sites that require JavaScript to load). If this happens, copy and paste the article text directly into the text tab instead.
Does a failed analysis count towards my daily limit?
No. If an analysis fails — for any reason — your usage count is not affected.
How do I cancel my Pro subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your device. On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Frameproof. On Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Frameproof.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account from within the app via the menu, or visit frameproof.app/delete-account for instructions.
Are the analysis results always accurate?
Results are generated by AI and may contain errors. They are intended as a starting point for critical thinking, not a definitive verdict. Always apply your own judgement.
